Over the past few months, I have done my best to provide stories, comments, and have voiced my opinion on how to play the right way. I have linked up stories and posted pictures. I have decided to go in a somewhat different direction but still sticking with the same theme/concept. Only now I will be focusing more on former NBA, College and High School players and coaches.
Over the years I have grown to love the game. I am intrigued with the history; I’ve become sort of a basketball historian. I grew up watching the New York Knicks back in the 70’s. I started an affair with the game in the 80’s, through the 90’s and now into 2009. My friend Herb Welling always says, ‘we’ll never see another two decades like the 70’s and 80’s’. With that being said, I want to keep the memories of all the great players/coaches fresh in basketball fans minds and honor past greats who played/coached the game the right way. I welcome e-mails, comments and most of all, links to any current or past stories on players or coaches at all all levels. Please let me know of any solid blogs or websites dedicated to the history of the game. I will link them up.
